[Live] Ticket Lists

You can now easily find your most important tickets by using any property or event data from the Tickets object or its Associated Objects. Once you create a list of tickets, you can use that list across various tools like workflows, reporting, and saved views.

[Live] New developer doc experience

The new developer doc site, currently in beta, makes it much easier to use and navigate API guides and end points. Try out the new Developer Docs site (BETA)

[Live] Configurable send limits

Admins can now control the amount of emails users can send through HubSpot in a day.

[Live] Export New CTA Analytics

Now you can seamlessly export detailed analytics for CTAs created with the new editor. Choose from CSV, XLS, or XLSX formats to get data on Clicks, Views, Campaigns, and Link performance, making it easier than ever to analyse and share your insights.

[Live] Abandoned Cart Email Module (Shopify Data Sync)

You can now create a weighted rotation for booking meetings in your CRM. This means you can assign meetings more effectively across your team, ensuring the right team members handle the right appointments.

[Live] Search on Ticket Message and Comment Keywords

You can now easily search for tickets by using specific keywords from messages and comments in the help desk. Finding the right ticket has never been easier!

Now you can create custom DateTime properties in HubSpot’s CRM! This expands the types of data you can store, giving you more flexibility in managing your Smart CRM.

The new All bound timeline card gives you a clear calendar view of all activities on a record. It helps you quickly assess engagement levels and access activities without endless scrolling. [Public Beta] Build App Cards (UI Extensions) for Help Desk Ticket Sidebars

Private app developers can now create UI extensions for help desk ticket sidebars. This means your support teams can get the information they need in the right place and take action directly from the sidebar, boosting productivity without needing to jump between tabs.

[Public Beta] Make Outbound Calls Using the Calling Icon

Making outbound calls just got easier! Use the calling remote in the navigation to dial any number directly. Simply enter the recipient's phone number, click dial, and you’re connected.

[Public Beta] Mobile Lead Management - iOS and Android (Sales Hub Pro and Enterprise)

We’re bringing lead management to the HubSpot mobile app! This first version helps you manage leads on the go, making it perfect for BDRs, SDRs, and sales reps. Navigate through lead stages, conduct outreach, and qualify leads—all from your mobile device.

[Public Beta] 20 Custom Properties Per Custom Object Now Searchable

Customers can search up to 20 custom properties per Custom Object using Global Search. Previously only three custom properties per Custom Object were searchable.

[Public Beta] Workflow Editor: New Conversion and Performance Data

The workflow editor now features aggregate conversion and performance data right on each workflow's diagram. This visualisation helps you quickly understand how your workflows are performing at a glance.

Introducing the Company Health Score Builder, a new tool that lets you create a health score for each company based on weighted properties and activities. This score is recorded directly on the company record, helping you quickly gauge the overall health of your business relationships.

[Private Beta] Social Media Agent

Meet the Social Media Agent, your new AI-powered assistant for content creation. This tool automatically generates tailored social media posts that align with your brand voice and audience, helping marketers create content faster and more effectively.

[Private Beta] Help desk SLA Rules

This exclusive Help desk feature is launching advanced SLA Rules that enable conditional logic with If/then statements for all tickets, including custom ticket properties. You can now set up to 20 SLA rules to prioritise your support team's workload better.

[Private Beta] Company Scoring available in Lead Scoring -

Now you can score both contacts and companies in Lead Scoring. This update enhances your ability to prioritise leads, blending manual scoring with AI recommendations to identify the most promising prospects based on behaviour, interactions, and demographics—perfect for Account-Based Marketing.

Customers can now copy automated Marketing Emails from an Enterprise account to another Enterprise account.

AI now flags form submissions with gibberish data in key fields like contact names and messages, enhancing data quality.
