  • Automate form-filling, reducing friction in data capture and boosting conversions

[INBOUND][Public Beta] Case Studies Content Type

HubSpot introduces a new content type for creating, managing, and publishing case studies. Marketers can:

  • Manage drafts and published case studies
  • Edit using a WYSIWYG editor
  • Publish a case study library on their website Additionally, users can leverage AI to process notes, Zoom interview transcripts, and videos to generate drafts quickly.

[Live] API Limit Increase & Capacity Pack Changes

HubSpot has raised the API daily call limits for Pro and Enterprise customers, allowing for smoother and more scalable integrations.

  • Pro: 500k → 650k daily calls
  • Enterprise: 500k → 1M daily calls Additionally, burst limits for API requests per 10 seconds have been increased, making it easier to handle larger data loads.

[INBOUND][Public Beta] Marketing Analytics Suite

This new suite consolidates key marketing metrics and reports into a single dashboard, allowing marketers to:

  • Dive deep into channel performance
  • Analyse web traffic
  • Understand contact origins through multi-touch attribution models and customer journey analytics (Enterprise only)

[INBOUND][Public Beta] Content Agent

With this new feature, when you search for a contact in Global Search, you can now hover over the contact’s row and see a quick summary powered by ChatSpot. This summary helps you understand key details without needing to open each contact record.

 

Operations Hub PRO/ENTERPRISE ONLY

[Private Beta] Anomaly Detection on Reports

Enterprise users can now leverage AI to automatically detect anomalies in their data, helping them quickly identify outliers and unusual trends in their reports.

[INBOUND][Public Beta] Storing Highly Sensitive Data

HubSpot’s new custom property type is designed to store highly sensitive information, such as Social Security Numbers (SSNs) and bank account numbers. It includes an extra layer of encryption and specific access controls for authorised users only.

[Public Beta] Access HubSpot Data in AWS S3 and Google BigQuery (Operations Hub Enterprise Only)

HubSpot now offers daily uploads of CRM data to AWS S3 and Google BigQuery, allowing businesses to perform advanced data analysis and reporting outside of HubSpot.

[INBOUND][Private Beta] Video Remixing - Content/M+ PRO/ENT

This new AI-powered tool allows users to repurpose their existing video content across multiple channels. With features like video short creation and a transcript-based video editor, marketers can efficiently create new content from older assets.

[INBOUND][Private Beta] AI Predictive Trendlines

Enterprise users can now use AI to forecast future trends in their marketing and sales data, allowing for more strategic decision-making.



Exclusive Updates: Lifecycle Property Changes Coming in November


Starting November 20, 2024, HubSpot will update how lifecycle stage properties are managed. 

The existing "Become a [lifecycle stage] date" properties will be replaced with the new "Date entered [lifecycle stage]" properties, providing improved accuracy and enhanced reporting capabilities. 

If you're using the old properties, HubSpot will handle the switch automatically unless you opt out before the deadline. 

This change ensures better data consistency and added functionality for tracking your customer lifecycle stages.
