HubSpot Onboarding Specialist
The role
The HubSpot Onboarding Specialist is responsible for providing a seamless onboarding experience for new HubSpot customers. This includes evaluating customer needs, configuring HubSpot, training users, and troubleshooting problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools, as well as experience in customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer needs and requirements
- Configure HubSpot to meet customer needs
- Train users on HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools
- Troubleshoot problems with HubSpot
- Provide ongoing support to customers
- Work with the Customer Success Manager to track customer progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on HubSpot's latest features and functionality
Must Have Skills
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong ability to build assets in HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools
- Experience with project management and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for helping businesses succeed
Additional Skills Required
- You are HubSpot Certified (proof of certification required)
- HubSpot platform setup experience
- Experience with project management software, for example - Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com

Where The Role Fits Into The Team
- Work closely with the account and project manager to successfully manage new HubSpot onboarding clients
