The Role

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for Project planning and overseeing projects within the organisation, from initial ideation through to completion. You will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conducting project initiation, planning, management, and delivery within deadlines and budget.

  • Using tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, Slack, and Zoom for project management tasks.

  • Liaising between production team, Account Managers, and senior management.

  • Defining project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities.

  • Managing resource requirements and allocations, both internal and external.

  • Monitoring task costs to keep the project on budget.

  • Creating a detailed plan to outline milestones, streams, and activities.

  • Ensuring project delivery aligns with the plan.

  • Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Adjusting for changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project completion.

  • Maintaining communication with the Account Manager and other stakeholders.

  • Overseeing Lupo's implementation plan, including risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment.

 

The Role also requires:

  • Contributing Project Management expertise to internal briefs based on Client Growth Strategies.

  • Implementing technical aspects of HubSpot.

  • Updating HubSpot sales, marketing, and service Hubs promptly.

  • Briefing Development and Creative Teams on campaign and content needs.

  • Managing multiple Client Accounts simultaneously, varying by size and complexity.

 

The project manager will report directly to senior management.

 

Ideal background relative to Lupo Digital:

  • 2 years+ experience in project management, marketing operations or campaign management.
  • Experience within or knowledge around HubSpot and HubSpot certified.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing space.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to requirement changes.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Loves systems and processes and can master and manage and operate project management software (ClickUp).
  • Fine attention to detail willing to take instructions and follow them to the letter whilst in the learning phase.
  • Very well organised with time management.
  • Someone who does not enjoy or require micromanagement.

  • Act as the HubSpot Client Administrator, supporting end-users as needed.

    • Share cert’s where you’ve completed this OR do so in our test portal for:
      • Based on the above, Setup a Campaign and its respective elements LP’s, eDMs, Paid Ads, CTAs, WF’s, Social posts, blog posts - connect them (SEO tool - Topic cluster)
      • Prepare a dashboard with the report for the above marketing elements
      • Based on the elements above, let's use those as a reference if we needed to implement those items using our teams across graphic design, Share an example of how you would expect to add these to ASANA and brief the team
  • Sample email communicating to our team
  • Example demo for them to demonstrate how they prioritise competing issues/tasks
  • Test their skill on the phone/video talking to customers  and suppliers
